UPSEE stands for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination and is organized to invite admissions for different streams of undergraduate and postgraduate courses run by the educational institutions which are recognised by AKTU (Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. AKTU is the prime authority which conducts AKTU/UPTU 2018 Entrance exam. Application Form for UPSEE 2018
- UPSEE 2018 application is admissible through online mode only
- Candidates need to visit official website to fill the application form online
- The probable date for application form will be from 3rd week of January 2018
- Uploading scanned images of signature, colored photograph and left hand thumb impression is mandatory while filling online application form
- University never asks for hard copy of application form or any other document
- Candidates are advised to keep the printout of ‘confirmation page’ after successful submission of application fee
- This printout is for your reference; you don’t need to send the same to AKTU/UPTU/UPSEE office

Exam Pattern of UPSEE 2018
There is nothing better than knowing the exam pattern thoroughly for a sound preparation. A well elaborated exam pattern lets you know about every aspect of the question papers, including no. of questions, subjects, marking scheme, etc. Read below to known about UPSEE 2018 exam pattern:
- of Papers: The exam of UPSEE is divided into 11 different papers.
- Questions: Paper 1, 2 and 3 carry 150 questions; Paper 5, 6, 7, and 8 will carry 75 questions; and there will be 100 questions asked in Paper 9, 10, 11 and 12. Paper 4 will carry 50 questions each of Mathematics & Aesthetic Sensitivity and 2 Drawing Aptitude questions.
- Exam Mode: Paper-1, Paper-2, Paper-3 and Paper-4 are OMR based and rest of the papers are conducted on CBT (Computer Based test) Basis.
- Subjects: The subjects vary according to the selection of course in application form
- Question Type: Besides of Drawing Aptitude Test, all papers are of objective type.
- Duration of Exam: The exam duration is 180 minutes.
- Marking Pattern: 4 marks will be credited for each correct answer
- Negative Marking: No negative marking will be applicable for the wrong answers

UPSEE 2018 Syllabus
UPSEE syllabus 2018 will be different for each subject. The exam will include 11 papers of different subjects. The detailed syllabus will be available soon after the release. If we talk about the common phenomena of the syllabus, then it majorly includes the 11th and 12th level Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects topics.
UPSEE Admit Card 2018
UPSEE Admit card 2018 will be provided online only most probably from the 1st week of April 2018. No entry will be permitted in the examination hall without admit card. The candidates who will successfully qualify the exam also need to carry their admit cards while counselling and admission procedures. Hence, keeping the admit card safe until the admission process gets over is mandatory.
Last week of May 2018 is considered the most probable date for UPSEE 2018 result declaration. Answer Key will also be issued with the result. Individual merit lists for different courses will be issued on the basis of the performance of the aspirants in the UPSEE exam.
UPSEE Cut Off
Merit of qualified candidates is usually 25% cut-off percentage of marks (20% for candidates from SC/ST category). After qualifying the cut-off criteria, the counselling session will start for the successful candidates.
UPSEE 2018 Counselling
Counselling is the final step in terms of admission confirmation for a qualified candidate.
