1st December 2017 was a special date for SNAP 2018 aspirants as the SNAP 2018 Admit Card had been released on this day. SNAP which stands for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is a university level entrance test conducted by Symbiosis International University. SNAP Admission 2018

  • After the announcement of SNAP 2018 result and cut-off, the admission process starts.
  • The admission is subject to SNAP score and three further stages, i.e. GE-PIWAT (Group Exercise, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test).
  • Admissions will be offered after analyzing the candidate’s performance in the SNAP exam 2018 & other rounds.
  • Seat allotment will be done according to the rank of the candidates and availability of seats in colleges or institution.

SNAP Registration 2018

Go through the below SNAP 2018 Registration Process:

  • Candidates can register via online mode only.
  • Candidates can start enrolling from 10th August 2017.
  • Last date for registration was 27th November 2017 after extending.
  • Upload the scanned image of recent colored passport size photograph.
  • Make the fee payment through online or offline mode.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates can deposit their fee online using credit card, debit card, or net banking.
  • Payment done through Billdesk Gateway, Axis Bank Gateway, Indian Bank Gateway & Demand Draft is also accepted by the governing body.
  • A flat application fee of Rs. 1750/- will be charged from all the candidates.
  • Demand draft should be drawn in favor of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.
  • While paying through DD, candidates have to send the required documents along with DD to the address mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Non Resident Indian (NRI), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Foreign National (FN), and Person of Indian Origin (PIO) candidates can also apply.

Qualification: Students must have qualified graduation degree from any recognized university or institution.

Aggregate: Candidates must have obtained minimum 50% marks (for general candidates) and 45% (for SC/ST candidates).

Foreign Qualification: Candidates who have attained their qualifying degree from any university or institution out of India must obtain the equivalent certificate from the AIU (Association of Indian Universities).

SNAP Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: The exam can be attempted via online mode only.
  • Duration: The duration of the test will be maximum 2 hours.
  • Type of Question: Multiple Choice Questions will be asked with an option of 4 probable answers, out of which one will be right.
  • Marking Scheme: An aspirant will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: 1/4th mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

The SNAP syllabus consists of different topics of various subjects such as Analytical and Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, General English and Quantitative. Have a glimpse of detailed syllabus below:

Social issues, Important quotations, Sports, Entertainment, Politics, Finance, Automobiles, Major corporate events, World Records, Famous award & prizes, Books and authors, Science, Current Affairs, Business, Punch line of companies, History, Geography, International organizations, Top officials of big companies, etc.

General English:

SNAP Admit Card 2018

  • SNAP 2018 Admit Card is available online on the official website of Symbiosis University.
  • The admit cards were made available from 1st December 2017.
  • The entry in exam hall will be permitted after verifying Admit Card along with Photo Identity Proof at the time of the test.
  • Please ensure that your latest passport size, colored photograph is pasted on the admit card at the place provided for before appearing for the test.
  • SNAP Hall Ticket 2018 should be kept safe until admission process gets over.

SNAP Cut-off

Cut-off can be defined as the minimum marks requirement to qualify in an entrance exam. The merit list is released on the basis of cut-off. SNAP cut-off for 2018 will be inspired from the SNAP score (out of 150, scaled down to 50 marks), Personal Interaction (PI), Group Exercise (GE), and Writing Ability Test (WAT). The category-wise cut off for merit list and the list of the candidates in waiting will be furnished via the website only.

SNAP Result 2018

  • SNAP 2018 Result Declaration tentative date is 28th December 2017.
  • Candidates can check their result on the official website of Symbiosis University.
  • SNAP test scorecard will be an entry ticket to further rounds like Group Exercise, Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test.
